About Me

I was always winning prizes right through school for arts and crafts at the end of year prize giving so it was only natural that I wanted to go on to art college. Having tried my hand at all different types of design from graphics to interior I discovered I had a natural talent for fashion and textiles and went on to learn all about patterns cutting and fitting. After finishing an HND in Fashion and Stitched Textiles I then gained entry into Glasgow School of Art where I graduated with an Honours Degree in Textiles. I get a real pleasure out of designing, even during college - any competitions that I entered I was usually highly placed.

I started to work on a one to one basis with clients quite a number of years ago. Often it was down to the fact that they would have a prticular idea in their head how they wanted their dress to look but werent able to find it easily in the shops. Having worked with ladies of all shapes and sizes I can honestly say there is no "average" woman and no two dresses will be alike in fit. The opportunity to start up my business arose after gaining experience in management giving me the confidence to really go for it. One of my first clients since going it alone was a young lady looking for a unique prom dress so having experience in bridal and evening wear I now feel confident I can give you the dress of your dreams.........
